I've only watched a handful of WWF events in the past decade. All were garbage. He does employ a few shining wrestlers like CM Punk, Danielson and del Rio.

I still like watching old ECW and NJPW & AJPW stuff on YouTube.
well, you live in Phx like me, there's some decent lucha libre at weekend mercados

I think El Gran Mercado was closed down after those Buckeye cops were killed in the parking lot. Went to the lucha libre show once and it was terrible in a good way. Kung-fu Panda was their champion.

At this point it wouldn't be worth it. The match would be terrible. Both are well past their prime and currently survive on their names and respect alone. It would have been great 10-15 years ago.

I enjoy pro-wrestling a lot, so guilty as charged. I tire of the "fake" argument or that it's just for 12 year olds. I watch for the soap opera factor and for the actual wrestling side of it. Romans has their gladiators, we have professional wrestling. It's a bit of escapist fun, if you will.

Yeah, I'm glad to see Lesnar back, although long promos are not his strong point. Last night's contract signing thing dragged.

I am in the minority who like Cena. It'll be interesting to see where they go with his character after the loss to The Rock and the predicted loss to Lesnar.

Well, they did HEEL Lesner up last night.... don't know about that.

I will say, the crowd is starting to improve, it seems.

Usually when some one says its fake i conclude they just dont get it.The outcome maybe contrived and the match choreographed but those wrestlers are doing very athletic moves and are usually giving the audience a real good show.
Wrestling fake? so is StarTrek.
