Looks like us Irish won us the Ryder Cup. Proud to be Irish and European. They should change the name from the Ryder Cup to the European Cup, seeing that we keep winning it

It wasn't just Irish. Scottish, English, German etc also played crucial roles.

or the European-American cup since several of the European team members live here.

Sore loser? Seriously? I gave credit to them for winning and never said anything negative about any of them.

It is an edge though the European team has, either side of the pond is almost home turf for them. When the Americans go to the old countries though, they are out of their element.

It's ok, please, as an American I want you to have something you are better than us at. You can have match play golf and soccer

Fair point. Tennis hurts me as I grew up with great American Male tennis players, and now it seems like a long, long time before an American Male will be on top of the tennis world
