Around Summer Slam 90 where Hogan was feuding with Earthquake and Demolition was being forced out by the arrival of Road Warriors/LOD.

Ultimate Warrior was the champion when I first watched WWF.

Oh gosh, I remember Motor City Wrestling with Leapin Larry Chene (the people's choice) and some totally wild nutbar called the Sheik who during a commercial tore the door off a car being advertised out in the lot. I can't remember who else was on that show, I was pretty young.

Gorgeous George on the tube in the late 1940s, but the most entertaining of the oldies was Antonina Rocca who was on TV a lot in the 50s.

When I was a kid in Tennessee my mother would take my brother and me to the local National Guard Armory to watch matches provided by, I believe, Mid-South Promotions.I remember watching Jackie Fargo and Len Rossi and I think even Gorgeous George stopped by once. Jackie Fargo was the wrestler Jerry Lawler defeated to gain his "The King" moniker. Fargo was known as "The King of Memphis".
