Wasn't bad at childhood sports like baseball, basketball, football, but stopped playing those sports middle school time frame and don't play them as an adult.
Good:
Tennis.
Rugby good as a junior, but too old to play it now. (due to risk of injury)
Bad: Golf, snooker or billiards.
Some sports, eg Cricket, not a bad bowler but mediocre batter.
Golf - currently playing to a 2.9 index.
Played Football and Volleyball growing up.
Also can hold my own on ice and skis.
Bad:
Love basketball, but ball handling skills are atrocious.
Bowling - it just doesn't seem that hard...yet, I suck
Been skiing all my life - but as much as I try, I just can't get snowboarding down
Good
Bowling
Billiards
Volleyball
Badminton
Basketball- the shooting part
Bad
Baseball- My only skill was doing well in BP. I just could never do anything during the actual games and my throwing is horrendous (Rick Ankiel level)
Football- I'm not huge and jacked so I suck. The only thing I'm kind of decent at is QB type of throws.
Golf- just went for first time few years ago and I was awful
