What sports app do you use to do basic stuff like look at scores or check a quick stat? I've used the ESPN app for a while but I'm looking to switch. Preferably to an app that covers all major sports and not just a specific league like NFL, NHL, MLB, etc.
Anybody use FOX sports or Yahoo Sports?

I'm personally looking to unload ESPN altogether as well, as there must be other entities, apps, etc out there which do a much better job at all sports coverage without incessant undue hype/politics/leanings (eg: constant pushing of the SEC and certain others of ESPN's favorites. Enough!

I would likely suggest Yahoo Sports even though I don't use it. If I want to look up scores for a team I would generally just google the team to provide scores and highlights though sometimes I will watch Thursday night games on Twitter and sometimes Sunday night games on the NBC Sports app. NBC Sports app is another one I would recommend.

For iOS, I use Sports Alerts for scores, standings, schedule. ESPN app for news & video highlights. I've used The Score in the past & liked it.

Refreshing an old thread. I like to use an app called The Score. Covers all major sports leagues and let’s you follow individual teams and players
