If there was any doubt that whether Sampres was better than Djokovic in skills or achievement, it should be very clear now that Djokovic prevails.

The question should be on who is the best among the three: Fed, Nadal, Djokovic. Period!

He only won 1 in the Open Era, still a notable accomplishment on 2 surfaces only back then, but he did not have the same level of competition as today.
On the OP, yes we have the 3 best of all time, and Djoker has only just surpassed Sampras due to the Career Grand Slam. (some people forget just how dominant Sampras was in the 90s and at Wimbledon, with 6 YE#1s, and I was not even a fan back then )

At this point, you have to rank Federer, Nadal, and Djokovic, but I suspect Djokovic will surpass Nadal in the next year or two.
