My picks:

1. Hartford, CT -- Plenty of disposable income in this city. Bring back the Whalers!
2. Oklahoma City, OK -- they've proved they are a major league city with their great support for the displace Hornets. I think MLB or NFL would be great here.
3. Louisville, KY -- NBA would be a good fit.
4. Virginia Beach, VA -- plenty of population, probably could support a MLB team.
5. Las Vegas, NV -- NFL in Vegas? Or NBA? It would awesome.
The United Football League actually has teams in Virginia Beach and Las Vegas (the two teams that have been in the championship game these past three years) and had one in Hartford before they "suspended operations". But Vegas really had an ugly turnout despite being two-time defending champs coming into the season. (6,500)

If you think that the AFL is a major league you're crazy. They don't even play on 100 yard field for crying out loud. The Arena Football League is a farce and an insult to true football fans.

No city deserves a team. Cities do not get teams, leagues award franchises to ownership groups who operate their teams within cities.
