The keyword in your post is "IS" which to me denotes a current dynasty. You cannot say which team IS a dynasty and include teams from other eras (Brooklyn Dodgers) or teams that are currently not winning (Raiders). The Celtics where a dynasty in the 60s, the Lakers in the 80s with Magic and the recent Shaq led Lakers, but no other basketball team could be considered a current dynasty.
The closest thing to an actual dynasty right now in pro and college sports is USC Football.

The Pats are the only team on the list that are a current dynasty. The Spurs would be the other team that comes to mind for current dynasties.
As far as all time dynasties go, those who know me know what I think!
Oklahoma Sooners Official Athletic Site - Football
Oklahoma 1948-1958 (National championships in 1950, 1955 & 1956. Eleven straight conference championships. Overall record of 106-9-2. Winning streaks of 31 and 47 games. A 100 game span with a record of 93-5-2.)
No one has dominated any sport over a 10 year period like the Celtics did from 1958 to 1969. That was THE greatest dynasty of all time, without a doubt.

Spurs, Patriots, University of Florida??
UF has won 2 CBB and 2 CFB NCAA Championships in the last 3 years!!!
SC isn't even the best CFB program right now, yet alone a "dynasty".
