I've been swimming about 2400+ yards 3-4 times/week, jogging 8 miles 3xweek, and biking about 15 miles or so once a week.
I'd like to do a triathlon at some point, but not anytime really soon.
I can swim for a long time, but I'm really slow, so that bugs me.
My running is okay. I used to compete and do fairly well in 5, 8, and 10Ks.
However, biking would be my worst portion. My bike is an old commuter bike and I don't even own a helmet. Maybe I'll get a entry-level tri bike at some point and get more into cycling. I'd just get eaten alive at this point though.
Sorry man, I'd go back to competitive running maybe or biking solely. But these days, I do contact team sports and that's it. Training is more fun because it's a social activity.
