Can we add a forum for 'Hunting and Fishing"
Or do you think that is out of place for this forum...?
Like to communicate with other Americans that believe in the 2nd Ammendent and like to hunt/shoot/ and those that even fish...without killing a fish....
If you want new forums, sub-forums, you need to post the request in the "About the Forum" forum. http://www.city-data.com/forum/about-forum/
The Administrator has to add those.
As you'll see if you visit About the Forum, there's been a lot of success in getting new forums added.
There are a lot of hunting/fishing posts in the Hobbies and Recreation forum. http://www.city-data.com/forum/hobbies-recreation/
Also try your state/city forum. I know the Tennessee forums get a lot of posts about hunting and fishing but it probably depends on where you live.
I asked for an Olympics forum but haven't heard back. May have better luck asking for it in About the Forum. I will put up a sticky for the Winter Olympics so those can stay grouped at the top.
You're on your own with golf. Never cared for it.
Hmmm...the Olympics have thought shooting is a sport for, oh, I dunno, since the modern Olympics started.
I don't think city-data is a good place for a hunting forum. I figure every thread would degenerate into a pissing match between gunners and anti-gunners...
I base that on every single gun thread I've seen on this forum...they seem to bring out every narrow-minded mean-spirited nutjob on both sides of the issue.

I said hunting,not shooting.
