Curling is very intriguing for such a slow sport. Many, many events rank below it.

Most boring Olympic Sports:
Winter - Curling and Hockey tie (everything else close behind)
Summer - Synchronized Swimming and all equine events.

I will watch any Olympic sport. We actually had curling at my jr. high in gym class. Although synchronized swimming is boring to watch, I appreciate how tough it is to do. The only boring sport I have seen in the Summer Games are the equestrian events. Shooting is also kinda boring to watch, except for the clay pigeon event.

Winter Olympics: Curling
Summer Olympics:
1. Rowing
2. Archery
3. Shooting
4. (some) of the field events in track (like the high jump or the discus and shotput throws. They are just too slow to start for me).

I think almost all of the Olympic sports are uninteresting, if not just plain boring, and they seem to get worse every 4 years.
Anyway, I'll try to come up with the most boring. How about the Marathon or the Steeplechase?
