OMG you are totally describing my local Golden Corral any time of day! I avoid it!

I did see a Ruby Tuesday! I forgot about that - I love their salad bar - small but high quality in my view. We lost our local one a couple of years ago & I've missed it! THANKS!

Those are great suggestions! Thanks so much!

Oh yes, I second Tijuana Willies! Their food is delicious and that Pineapple Habanero Salsa is TO DIE FOR! I also love that you can buy beer there since beer goes so well with Mexican food.

This is a great place to eat! Yum.

Like LakeJunkie said, the Rocky's Salad is pretty tasty. If you want something different, Bleu Olive has some great selections (mostly Greek/Mediterranean influence) and can be done for under $100. Heck, even Landry's Seafood House can be done for under $100; it all just depends on what you want/like and that applies to any restaurant.

For lunch, there is a new, small sub shop up highway 248 on the left. The name escapes me, but it's fresh made subs, etc. There is also a Mr. Goodcents down from the new Supercenter.

If you're into pizza like I am, try Luigi's. I think it's local but their pizzas are to die for!

Default Pizza....

I understand pizza is a subjective thing (regional differences), but
Pizza by the Chef in Hollister is the best I've found in the area...I even
love their whole wheat dough from time to time (they have thin and tossed of wheat or reg. white). All fresh ingredients....no canned mushrooms, tomatoes, etc...
