On the HOUSE forum on here .. a lady posted pics of her whole house inside and out the walk ways .. every t hing every wall ..and asked what to change to make her house sell..... lots of feed back.. maybe you could do that?

We are trying to sell our home in south Springfield and can't seem to get an offer. The feedback we are getting is great, and the price is right (according to several realtors), but why no bites? 
My husband and I are getting so discouraged. We'd like to move into a smaller house, but the start of school is right around the corner, so we may have to stay put for another year. The house is great with lots of room. Sorry, no basement, but it is 2200 square feet with four spacious bedrooms, 3 baths, and two living rooms. HOA dues are paid for the year, which covers trash service, mowing of the common areas, and pool. Yes! The pool is an awesome way to beat the humid heat of summer. All of this for less than $150k. Oh, and a three-car garage, too! (By the way, the gas fireplace kept us nice and toasty warm when the electricity was out during the ice storm.) Any realtors out there who can shed some light?
