Can anyone recommend a place in Bolivar or Springfield to have my laptop looked at? For about a year now, it just randomly shuts itself off. It's very frustrating. I'm also occasionally getting warnings from my anti-virus program that I have high CPU usage.

If it randomly shuts off, it's probably getting hot/overheating. It's a built-in safety to prevent your computer from frying itself.
