These are great suggestions!
These are such great ideas...I love knowing about all these cool places so I can help people when they ask...some of them I'd like to visit just to see them!
I think this is one of the best threads...keep those ideas coming, folks!

Lake Junkie...my daughter was telling me of another one
but I can't remember what it is called and she's out of town so don't want to bother her on her trip. Will post it when I speak to her next.
I think it's just south of Springfield towards Branson. We were talking about it about 2 weeks ago but I'd never heard of it. She checked it out last year.
Will post asap.

At Jolly Mill you could go trout fishing after the wedding. That would be different!

I'm dying to know what you decide...if it's not too much trouble, I'm sure everyone here would love to see a photo of the wedding!
(We don't have lives... )
I guess I should speak for myself, eh?

a new place north of branson
JB,
There is another place that is just north of branson off of F-hwy that is absolutely beautiful and it has both indoor and outdoor facilities, so weather isn't a problem. Their website is Branson Weddings....Branson Country Carriage House Weddings At Williamsbrooke

You didn't give an approximent date- I know there is a new place going to open up North of Mt Vernon, MO but I don't know their start dates, think the plan is for the 'country farm feel' reception barns, wagon rides that sort of stuff.
change of subject but what about the silver dollar city area- we have seen several when we were down visiting.
