I'm usually good either way, because I can schedule my work around it.

I"m so bummed I had to miss the second OTFCC clatch! A broken ankle is a bummer (plus I'm not so hot on crutches...10 more days!).

But, I'll miss October too since we'll in the RV somewhere between Santa Fe New Mexico and Las Vegas NV. Back before Halloween.

For those wondering about notices/meeting minutes (?)..This thread was "stickied" so we could post the next meeting information here. Ya'll just need to check for an update. Both LJ and I have been trying to post the latest and greatest info. If you have suggestions this is the place to post 'em...or you can give suggestions when you attend a coffee clatch. Always interested in new suggestions.

On the October 17th get-together. Since we picked that date for LeftCoast (tis our pleasure), how about we also do an evening type thing for those who work? May I suggest 6:30 at Gloria Jeans on the Landing (they have iced coffee, tea, etc). I called the store by the Hilton and they were never closed. It was the new smaller store that was closed for remodeling.
Or if anyone wants to get wild and crazy...we could meet for drinks at Bar Louie? They have an area towards the back that is quiet.

Evening? Coffee or drinks?
What say all?

OK...how about this...we start with coffee at Gloria Jeans ...then all go to lunch somewheres ...then do some shoppin' and sightseein' ...and then go to Bar Louie on the lake for drinks ...no?
