Welcome to all the new ones on here. You won't find a more informative, helpful, just down right friendly and caring bunch than these Mo peeps.
Sadly, it looks like once again I may not be able to make it to the December OTFCC. We probably will be involved in a trial down here during that time. (no, not work associated, personal) Guess I'll just have to wait and see how it goes by then.

Sure, Shadow! I'll be happy to do that! (She says, nervously, fearing he will do as he says! )
Just tell me where to deliver them! (Stronger, now, as she realizes she has a plan to stop his diabolical plot!)
I'll be sure to bring my camera with me!!! I'm sure everyone would love to see what you really look like!
(Shhh! Quietly doin' the happy dance here!)

I sure will, Sassy. I've got our house up for sale here too, and trying to get moved to St. Joseph! We should start a home sellers support group!

What a great idea, Eric! Sounds like such fun! All that whining and commiserating together!
Sigh...something to look forward to, huh???
Okay, okay...I'm sorry! At first, I thought it was a good idea but then I started thinking about what you'd all have to talk about and that led to the "funny" stuff I wrote so facetiously. I think you're all better off with the rest of us here in the forum...the ones who have already bought and sold and can encourage you...and those who have been here all along, of course. It's a nice balance...don't you think???
Okay, if I'm wrong, I'm wrong...let me down gently, folks!

But...We are so excited about Springfield. The city seems to offer a lot for its residents. Beautiful country, a not too big-not too small metropolis, university, parks, lots of recreational possibilities including hunting and fishing and camping, lakes and rivers etc. We have spent 10 years in the desert and yearn for the green of home and the change of seasons. Hope to join you all in person if the coffee clatches continue.

Welcome msabbey, we just moved here in July from a deserty type place in southern CA. and love it here.
Hope you have a squick & safe transition.

Please keep praying for us! We would love to start a new chapter in our marriage by getting our place sold here in CA and getting good work and a wonderful new nest in St. Joseph. That's where we think our Good Lord is leading us.
Yours in monogamy advocacy!

Hope you sell your place soon and get what you want for it! We sold ours in Southern CA and moved to Ozark in July. Our house took 5 months to sell and we had to reduce it $25,000 when it sold. Man, we had plans for that $ but guess it wasn't God's plans. We love it here in Ozark and it was so worth it!
