As for the dentist. It wasn't as bad as intended. I had work done 2 weeks ago and had some tingling that happened off and on. He fixed it. yeah!!! Still have one more visit to go. Looking forward to the next visit with everyone. Have a good rest of the week.

I feel for you. I hate going to dentists and always have. But then, if one liked going to dentists we would wonder about them...wouldn't we?! Glad that you are feeling better.

Tentatively it will be at 5:00 pending confirmation that they serve dinner that early.

Mark your calendars. Please plan on confirming about a week prior so reservations can be made in advance as Saturday evenings can be busy (maybe not in Feb...but who knows).

Also..no date decided, but the March meeting will also be an evening get-together to take in the music of the Branson Brothers. Darlynn0217 will co-ordinate this get-together. She too, will need advance confirmations once a date is determined.

to the CD Forums!!! Of course you can come!!! That's what it's all about. When MrsChilicook first suggested the OTFCC, it was to bring new neighbors in touch with seasoned residents, so we could make friends and help each other get familiar with our new homes.

Anyone is allowed and encouraged to attend our meet & greets! We'd love to have you. Just keep checking here for updates and announcements regarding dates & times. If you check the 3rd. post before this one, you'll see our MrsG has reposted the latest update by MrsC. And feel free to bring spouses, friends & neighbors if you'd like.

Hopefully you can make it. It'll be nice to meet another friend of City-Data. One note of caution tho....I'd recommend you NOT include our email address in these public posts. You never know who's reading. It's better to share that information via 'Direct Message' if you desire to do so. You should find these fine people welcoming, warm & friendly. We're very lucky to have some awesome 'regulars' here. Hope you enjoy it here as much as we do. Just be careful.....it can be addicting!!!

I just can't submit this reply without asking you if you are new to MO. Again, it's not a requirement but it's fun to get to know you a little. We don't recommend giving too much personal info online since thousands of people access this site so I want you to know that I'll be requesting for a moderator to remove your email address for you. I'd hate for some weirdo to get ahold of it and make your email life miserable.

My husband and I moved to MO from southern CA in 2006 so we're in our second year here...and lovin' it! My, how time flies! We live closer to Springfield, near Ozark. I don't know if you noticed but we try to have meetings mostly between Springfield and Branson every other month so we share the drive.
