Well drillers?
Just reflecting on who you might call to tell you what's UNDER a certain area...and I know when I talk to our local well guys...they know their way around the underground like nobody else I know.
Like, there's a neighborhood near Branson West where to get to the water table, you have to drill down a hundred feet and then there's an underground cavern so you have to CASE the well down another couple hundred feet...and then go down another hundred feet to hit water.
So...would a well driller be able to tell you what's under the ground in any particular area?
Just a thought...

no I don't worry bent. The hole in Nixa proper that snagged that guy's house was just one of those things. That home had been there awhile IIRC. T'ain't no guarantees 'bout nuttin' in life my friend (death and taxes notwithstanding) but the better educated you are about the risks of living anywhere on the planet prior to moving there the better off you will be. Sinkholes can be found all over the place not just here in SWMO.

I messed up earlier, Anyway, I do know Mo has earthquakes also! I dont know how often. But I know that the New Madrid fault line is a biggy. FOur to Five faults piled on top of each other! That does not scare me to bad. Out of curiosity has anyone ever felt any recent earthquakes?
Dont worry I wont run for the hills...........Yet.
I know your all messen with me. I just want to say I can handle a good ribbing. ( there's a good colluiqui, collo,...coll o thingy) Typed words are difficult to pull emotions from. So I just thought I would be straight up and say " fire away" Do not be afraid to offend me at all. Thats a pretty impossible feat. Things tend to roll right off my shouders! I can laugh at myself and love to laugh with others. Makes me feel good. Keeps me young too. In return I ask that if I offend someone its unintentional and please pm me and let me know.I havent a mean bone in my body, not one. I do worry about people taken me wrong maybe a little to much, one of my many faults. Im workin on it. Anywho Its after midnight and Im talking to much again. Soooo goodnight all, the night owl is going to bed a little early tonight. I pray the lord keep you safe and give you sweet dreams. May the Earth beneath your homes hold firm and the plates beneath mine hold still. LOL!!
