I'm back in Branson my third time and I always rent from Suzanne at Mozark Realty. I'll tell you how good a landlord she is. One time when I moved I was too tired and too stressed out to finish cleaning the condo. I thought to heck with the deposit, I've gotta go now. Two weeks later she called me to see where to send the remainder of my deposit. It had cost like $67. for the cleaning and she needed a forwarding address to send the rest of my deposit. How incredible is that? I've seen her with her maintenance staff, owners and renters and she's good to everyone. I wouldn't rent from anyone else.
