Question Can anyone recommend a builder?

Can anyone recommend a builder?

We are looking to build on our property and need a qualified, experienced, recommended builder. We are interested in system-built, panelized, or site built home. Not particularly interested in a mobile home.

Who do you know?

Robin

Try sending a direct message to lake junkie or Randy Henderson (sorry guys, but I have become familiar with you through your posts. I am not playing favorites for all those others out there. I am just not as familiar yet with you all.) and see if they have any recommendation. Whatever they tell you, you can take it to the bank - so to speak.
Hope this helps.

Here is a recent post from the aforementioned Lake Junkie (who rocks big time BTW!) regarding builders in SWMO.

this post of hers was in regards to the Branson area I believe but the way the market is nowadays I'm sure some of these folks wouldn't mind driving a bit

There are lots of great builders around...many of which may not have been mentioned in the above post.

Happy Building...and thanks, guys.

Lake Junkie is the Rolls Royce of Realtors here. Walks it like she talks it and is one of those people who has a smile in her voice when you speak with her. In my short time here I have learned to take her word as gospel.

Default Here's an idea...

LAKEJUNKIE is THE BOMB!!! Another great source for info to newbies is the 417 Magazine. Especially the 417 HOME edition. Full of builder listings, new developments, a diner's guide and much more! Their "Best of" list is voted on by readers and is right on! They have an on-line version, as well! Good Luck!

Default Builder recommendation and more

First I can personally recommend Strohm Construction. Kurt's company built our home here in Saddlebrooke and we are extremely pleased. He is pretty laid back and I've never seen him get angry about anything. He just moved his office from Cape Fair to Saddlebrooke under the convenience center. Even if you don't use him take a look at the new digs...several suppliers have provided products in a small "home show" setting.

There is also a builders show here in June if you can wait that long. We've been told it's a good place to meet builders although I'm always happier talking to someone who actually had a house built rather than one who is selling himself at a homeshow.

Good luck on the search..
