We found a place!!!! (St. Louis, Springfield: for sale, rent , employment)

Well, we found a place to rent and have already paid our rent up until the first of next year. It is a duplex with a yard, two car garage and a deck. It has two bedrooms and two baths. It is a really nice place and is in Nixa. We are going tomorrow to get utilities all switched over.

Now, we are just going to spend a few days getting to know the Springfield area. Just hate that it rained all day and was as cold as it was but, hey, this is Missouri. Hope that we can actually get moved in before the end of November.

It is not a 2 bath but a 1 1/2 bath.

We got the utilities all turned over to our name and once we are moved in we will get the cable and internet connection. We are so excited and happy.

We already changed our cell phone provider to AT&T and we are already signed up with AT&T for DSL and I already have my router modem. Nixa sure seems to be a growing little town. I love it down there.

We are back home in St. Louis and I am doing laundry as I type. LOLOLOL Tomorrow I am going to start packing and we should be moved down to Nixa by the end of November, hopefully by the 24th of November.

You all need to hurry up and join us in the Springfield area. I am sure that you will love it.

I'm hoping I get hired for an employment position in downtown St. Joseph, and we're almost ready to put our house up for sale here in the north San Francisco Bay Area. Both Nixa and Ozark sound like great places in the Springfield area. May you live happily ever after there!

Good luck northbayeric. We are in the process of packing up our stuff and have to wait until my husband is done with his two dental appointments. He is getting a crown. LOLOL Anyway, we are so looking forward to moving into Nixa. We already found a place that says that we can hire a couple of guys to help take the stuff out of the truck and get it into the duplex. So, at least we don't have to worry about that part. We should be spending Thanksgiving in Nixa. Yipeee!!!!
