Does anyone know anything about Monett, Missouri? I am looking at property there and was wondering about the area. Are there places to work nearby?

I used to live there and visisted recently. Seems to be growing nicely and there's some industry, maybe light industry would be a better word. I talked to a city utilities guy and he said their electicity usage and water usage were both up and they were going to have to provide additional capacity. The town also seems to be very sound financially. Pretty good school system as well.

I lived there a year ago. Jack Henry and Associates is a corporation based there that sells banking software. Then there is a window company EFCO. Miracle play equipment is also there. The only other place to work is like at a McDonalds. I have property for sale there.
