Default Zumba
Hi everyone,

Do you have Zumba in Missouri? It is an exercise class based on Spanish Dance, and is a blast...very uninhibited and free movement, along with a great cardio workout? If so, where is it held? Thanks.

Yes..there are four locations that have Zumba here in the Springfield/Ozark area..
If you look at the Zumba website and do "locate a class" the detailed info comes up.
One at Cox Fitness, one at First Baptist Church, one at River Fitness Center at James River Assembly, and one at Step by Step Dance (Springfield).

It's nice to know that there are similar trends in the Springfield area, as here in the Hudson Valley. I'll have to check out the Zumba website. Thanks!
