Just heard on the news that Springfield Public schools are closing 2 hours early today due to impending weather conditions.

In anticipation of inclement weather, primarily snow, the Nixa R-II School District is implementing an Early Out. All "preK-4" Schools will be dismissed at noon and all "5-12" Schools will be dismissed at 11 a.m.

All evening/after school activities have been canceled.

The city of Nixa's after-school care SafeBASE Program will NOT be in session.
