Default Eta

I hope to arrive at th end of March- the house is supposed to close on the 28th but you know how these things go- also my older daughter who also lives here is due to have baby #3 about the 22nd so I don't want to leave until that happens- I was there for the other 2 & I don't want to miss this one! I would love to get together with some folks on the list- I will driving in to Springfield most sundays for church so I guess I can drive a couple of hours to make some friends!

Which church are you going to attend? I admire your dedication, because that's quite a commute to make each Sunday.

Wink G-baby & church

Thanks Darlynn- you have 6! I hope to have 6 someday too I have a girl & a boy so we can hardly wait to see which comes this time.
As for church I will be going to the Unitarian Universalist Church there- I figure I can get my "city needs" met- go to church, bookstore, healthfood store, that sort of thing. Prolly won't be EVERY sunday but maybe 2-3 in a month.

Default Get out those snuggies

Well, having moved here from CA myself (via Las Vegas), I would suggest you dust off those NY warm clothes and hang on to any cotton or rayon for summer. Oh yea, and buy lots of tick/chigger repellant.

This must be quite a church your going to if your willing to drive 120 miles or so for Sunday church. I admire your dedication if not your gas bill.

Welcome to the area..

Default crazy me

Thanks- I will be prepared for the cold since I have been watching the local weather on my web page & bugs are not to fond of me- the cats are protected. The church is just because I know I will find like minds & I thought it would be nice to give my daughter & her husband of less than a year a day alone.
