Default place to live for retiree's

Well I am a chairman of the Ozark chamber of Commerce in Ozark, Missouri so i will say up front I do have a bias.

However, I worked in Forsyth for 2 years and many of the associates and customers I worked with were retirees.

Access to medical care is great closer to Springfield but Skaggs Hospital in Branson is awesome as well.

Branson West and Kimberling City is another option for their closeness to the Lake and fishing.

This whole area is an awesome place to be whether your about to retire or not.

Many thanks for the information. Grew up in Kirksville area. Most of my adult life has been spent teaching in CA and Guam. Now I want to get back to the friendliness and peace and quiet. I'm exploring SW MO and NW AR. Need inexpensive golf, Mom and Pop cafes, car clubs, and friendly people.

Thanks again
