Default Need Apartment to Rent
Hello Everyone,
I am looking for an apartment to rent in Branson. Ideally with a month to month lease as I would like to buy next winter when I know the area a little better. Can anyone recommend a place? Thanks

Hi TamFam,

Welcome to Branson. There are tons of rentals out there you might want to check out the Branson Daily News they have an on-line classifieds on their site Branson Daily News. You might want to look at the 1 and 2 bedroom condos at Fall Creek Resort my kids rented there once and it was terriffic. They tend to be owned and rented out by individuals though. But if you are looking to buy I just happened to have a very nice new home for sale!

Bart & Brown Realty seem to manage alot of rentals but I don't know if they do apartments. Check the classifieds first I bet you'll find something.

Margaret...you're going to have trouble finding a month to month lease in these parts...because it's a resort area. The landlords mostly want a 6 month lease minimum...more often it's 12 month.

Try Thousand Hills at 417-334-4039 (they have houses and condos), or Bart & Brown at 417-336-0300, or Branson Tri-Lakes at 417-739-1902.

The Branson Daily News link is good, you might also try putting an ad in the paper wanting a rental. That has worked for me in the past.
