Hello,
I have been snooping around on this forum for several days and came across some posts that said you were the one for real estate info and all that.

Was hoping you could help me? We are planning a move to Missouri but I will admitt that Indiana is also a possiblity as well. Missouri is the front runner as far as real estate goes. And because my husband can transfer with his company.

I have read many posts that just bash Bolivar for being snobish or cliqueish.
Yet it seems to be where I can get the most bang for my real estate $ and has great schools. As far as I can tell from my research.

We own an open wheel racing team: sprints and midgets. So I need land (3-5 acr.) and a shop. No HOA. I gotta park a semi and a trailer. I have never been to Missouri but I have driven through it. I need to be fairly close to Springfield or a nice commute 30 min or less.

And I need a cheer gym. My daughter wanted me to ask. Also any info on racing would be great. Open wheel on dirt.

Compared to AZ schools any place else is better. Thats why my kids are home schooled! But they would like to return to public schools.

Thank you in advance
Melissa

Talking Hello Melissa!

Glad to help any way I can...

I like racing, too...check out one of the top dirt tracks in the country right here: http://lucasoilspeedway.ipower.com/ (broken link)

When you're looking around in such a huge geographic area, you really need to find a realtor in EACH area. For instance, I have a friend who works the Wheatland area (north). Another that specializes in Willard (great small town just north & west). Another who mostly knows the Rogersville/Seymour (east) side...and my main area is Stone, Taney & Christian counties (south). Of course you can search online at several different sites, but it only makes sense to have a dedicated someone "on the ground" to get to know you and help you find more information rather than calling a zillion different listing agents.

My daughter was in cheerleading...her group went to state her senior year and she won an award for inventing a new cheer.
I found this in a search: Springfield Elite Cheer & Dance

You can contact me directly by clicking on my screen name and then homepage. Please feel free to call or email any time!

And welcome...I'm a transplant, too...and I still love Missouri after all these years.
