Question What about houses for sale or trade?
This is probably a question for Lake Junkie, but I have been hearing about people who have a house for sale that find someone that will buy their house if they buy the other person's home. Is this usually something that contractors do? Or is there a particular company that does this on a regular basis? Just wondering...

There are several web sites that promote house swapping. There's even a section in Craigslist, if you haven't seen it before.
