Looking for Christian friends (Springfield: houses, college, live in)

I am looking for fellow Christian's to befriend and hang out with from time to time. I am married so I would rather it be females (because I too am female). I am 23 and though I would like people in their 20's and 30's age is not a huge deal.
I would love to have Bible Studies, maybe occassionally a cook's night where we can spend time sharing recipes and cooking up food in the kitchen, hang out at coffee houses or book stores, hikes or other outdoor activities...
So I'm basically looking for a Christian female friend & Bible Study partner. If anyone is interested in meeting sometime at a coffee house, give me a holler
Oh, and I'd prefer you live in Springfield, my car's broke so I'll need to be able to get to our hang out places by bike

Have you checked out Christian Campus House on the campus down there at missouri state?? it's a good mix of college kids and 22+ age group...good luck

I agree.

I went to MO State although I was not involved in CCH, my roomate was and the people that I knew through him were always a kind group of folks.

How I wish I was back there!! That sounds so fun, and I haven't done anything like that in such a long time!! I would've loved to have a friend like that, I got so caught up in my life after graduation and most of my close friends moved away, I didn't do too much. I was always involved in the church bible studies and youth group in HS, and now I haven't been to church since winter 2003 (thanks to my "loving" husband, but that's a WHOLE other topic). Sorry I'm not there, I'd be up for it in a second!! Good luck!!!

Well thank you BABsMom. I've met one lady who is very fun to talk to and my husband and I have finally narrowed our church list down to 2 churches that we will start going back and forth two so hopefully we will pick a church soon that we can get involved in.
