Question Dog groomer in Willow Springs area

Wondering what kind of welcome a professional groom shop would receive in Willow Springs, MO.

Are you from outside the area and thinking of setting up shop? Over the years, dozens of small business like that have set up shop in Willow Springs, only to fail within a year or two. Only a few have really made it. A notable exception is a large comic book store which opened up a few years ago and has been doing very well, but I think they sell a lot online. A lot of people in the area have dogs, but not a lot have much in the way of extra money to spare. It is really a pretty low-income area. There are also two vets in town, who may already be doing grooming (I'm not sure off the top of my head if they do or not).
