Not sure about actual paths, but when I'm home in the Ozarks I go for a run on one of the many gravel roads in the area. Gravel roads are surprisingly nice to run on (I hate running on asphalt, and especially concrete) and there is little traffic to deal with. Only real problems I've ran in to are being barked at by dogs. If you have a mountain bike or a hybrid you can bike on them, but I wouldn't want to take a road bike down a gravel road.

I've wondered the same thing about bike paths in the area. I am in Kimberling City and have heard that Dogwood Canyon is nice. Do you know if they offer season passes?
