I Need A Hunting Lease
Im a georgia resident looking to lease 100-500 acres in Missouri for next years deer season. We are 3 honest, trustworthy and repectful people that need a great place to hunt. It can be crops, timber or both. We are very serious and can pay as soon as January 2009

Tim,
If you're flexible about the area in Missouri, I would recommend looking in the northern half of the state. Southwest Missouri doesn't have a lot of crop land, while the northern half of Missouri has a lot. Consequently, the deer up north are generally larger due to the better food sources. Best of luck in your search.

The Love Homestead
I have a most unique 436 ac property in Black, Missouri adjacent to several thousand acres of State park. I'd like to find responsible leasers who enjoy hunting, fishing, horses, swimming etc.
There is not a more beautiful privately owned spot within 50 miles:
436 ac. (3/4 timber) I recently had a very light timber thinning done to provide a better wildlife environment and to strengthen the timber.
1400 ft farm house in good condition
Ottery Creek Shut-ins go through the property (probably the largest privately owned shut-ins in Missouri) w/ spectacular swimming hole.
Hay fields feed deer, springs, wild pigs, wild turkey, Black River a stones throw away. Isolated valley setting with a beautiful 200 year old cemetery.
I'm looking for ways to make it pay for itself. A big club or group would fall in love with this place.
