Looking for a place to rent, between Springfield and Lebanon (perhaps around marshfield?)
My husband and I live in Springfield and are currently renting a very small house. on our own, we can't afford a larger house but we are considering renting with someone else so, with everyone pitching in, we can get a bigger house.
We have a family member in Lebanon who needs to rent with someone soon because her current friend she rents with is backing out at the end of the month and she can't afford it alone. So I'm thinking of taking with her to see if she'd be willing to pitch in with us to rent a house.
If she says yes, we are hoping to find a house maybe around the Marshfield area because that is the 1/2 way mark between SPringfield and Lebanon so none of us have to drive real far to get to work.
Does anyone know of any houses in or near Marshfield that's for rent? We would want a house because we want a yard plus we like the privacy of a house that you don't get in an apartment. Plenty of parking (driveway, garage and/or street) because we have 5 cars between the 3 of us (soon to be 4 once we get one of my cars sold). And a 2+ bedroom 2+ bathroom. We prefer 3+ bedroom because we need two bedrooms, one for my husband and I and one for my sister, but we also need another bedroom or extra space where we can set up an office area. Old or new home, it doesn't matter. We just need space.
If anyone knows of some nice landlords and have an email or phone number that I could get in touch with them, that'd be awesome! My husband and I are hesitant because we are convinced we have the best landlords in the world (if anyone wants to rent in Springfield, let me know and I can get you a phone number of our landlords), so we worry about losing our landlords and getting stuck with crummy folks, but if it must happen, then it must happen.
