Default Augusta Hills subdivision
does anybody know anything about the Augusta Hills Subdivsion located in northwest springfield kinda over behind lowes? my husband and I are interested in purchasing a home in there but really don't know anything about the building quality or neighborhood. It looks nice on a drive-by but if the quality of construction is bad or the neighborhood is bad it would be nice to know before we fall in love with a house.

It is a nice area. Not too much traffic, but still has easy access to the major thoroughfare's. I have been there several times and it's always a nice drive. I haven't heard any complaints about house quality. Seems they're all up to grade.
