Any Advice On These Neighborhoods?
My husband and I are just starting to really think about the right neighborhood for our family and was wondering what you might know about these. We love Saddlebrooke, but do not think that we will ultimately buy there. Not for anything other than our own silly reasons (like wanting a neighborhood where our kiddos can easliy ride their bikes...and other small reasons that matter to us).
Can you tell me anything about these neighborhoods: Fremont Hills, Fair Haven/Fair Haven Estates, Copper Mill, Stone Meadow, Rivercut. I know that's quite a few, but anything that you can offer would be a great help to us!
Thank you!

What do you want to know about Fremont Hills or Rivercut? I've never lived in either community, but have been in both and have played many rounds of golf at Rivercut.

If you buy in rivercut, get upgraded windows. every time I drive through there, all I notice is the many fogged windows. your builder should include a no-deductible replacement warranty. overall its pretty nice in either one, of the two (FH or RC) Rivercut would be my choice, less traffic, but further from the freeway, and the homes I have seen in both while being framed,(former contractor, cant help it) the rivercut structures on balance, look well built.

Biggest down side that I see in Rivercut is the relatively large number of homes for sale all of the time. FH is way more stable, but it's also been around a lot longer.
They're very different places, so it comes down to preference.

Thanks for your help...we will definitely keep this all in mind. I would have never thought to ask about the windows. Thanks for this tip!

I suspect that a lot of the available homes were built as spec houses. There's also still a lot of room for growth in Rivercut, so I don't expect it to stabilize any time soon. My wife and I have noticed some very "interesting" floor plans and design details when we've toured homes in Rivercut. On more than one occasion, we've literally walked out of a house laughing out loud.
