I will be working in Springfield. 1714 S. Enterprise. Looks like Marshfield, strafford, fair grove are close? Don't know anything about these towns. When we visited two years ago I really fell in love with Nixa and Ozark.

does anyone know of a good real estate agent that offers fee based services?? im selling fsbo, and am looking for an agent to do the paperwork for a set fee.

Go to Greater Springfield Board of REALTORS Springfield MO Real Estate Main Page and put in that MLS number. That will get you the house that puddyfatt is selling.
