Default Bleu Olive..feedback

[
Bleu Olive was another great choice. My wife had their five-cheese pizza and I enjoyed a seafood pasta dish with shrimp, calamari and clams in a spicy tomato sauce. While our food was excellent, the service was definitely sub-par. Our server was simply not cut out for this line of work and was very inattentive. She was polite, but very rarely visited our table. We even got to the point where we placed drink orders with another server because ours was gone so long. Aside from the slow service, our meal was great and I would return.

Snake: I'm so glad you enjoyed your day in Branson. May I ask if you gave the folks at Bleu Olive some feedback on the service. They are very responsive to both positive and negative feedback. If you haven't I suggest you drop them a line.

I didn't provide any feedback after our meal. I felt like our server put forth adequate effort, but was either new or not cut out for this line of work (or both). In either case, I didn't feel compelled to talk with anyone in management at the time. In all fairness to the restaurant, I probably should have because they can't improve if they're not aware of the problem.
