What does this mean?
I'm looking at listing with basements. What does it mean when they say Basement 0%??? It does have a basement or not.

0% of the inside sf is basement would be my guess. Not all houses with basements have a "full" basement, maybe 1/2 or 1/3. Usually the sf is identified separately as basement, finished or unfinished.

Nope. No basement, at least not in my house hunting experience. It may have a crawl space but that's it!

Means there's no basement! Basements are not all that common in the desert.

I'm curious as to where you are seeing that...do you remember which website or search engine you were using?
