Question About Millwood Neighborhood (transplants, for sale, homes)

My husband and I had to go through there the other day....hubby had to speak with one of the golf pros. Anyway, we noticed how many homes are for sale in there right now. Does anyone know why so many?? Maybe a silly quesion, but there are soooooo many that we were both wondering about it.

Thanks...and yes, I do watch the news! The fact that there are so many homes for sale is not quite the same as what has been in the news, though.....forclosure is different than people selling. Maybe for the same reasons (maybe not), but not the same. I was just curious if there is something going on within the neighborhood that would influence so many to sell.
