It's all right. Eventually we'll all be as poor as the illegal immigrants.

As usual, OzarkBoy is correct.. My Mom was born in Broseley,Missouri as were her Parents...My Daddy's side were late comers, moving from Greenway, Arkansas to Broseley 1939...Me, I was born in Oakland, Ca. Raised in Richmond, San Pablo and Pinole, Ca.
I spent summer vacation every year in Broseley. on my Grandpa's farm...
After I was a teenager I never went back to Missouri until 1996. Nothing was as I remebered it as a kid..all the old wooden bridges had been replaced by pipes covered with gravel, The land had been flattened to grow rice...and Broseley was pretty much gone....
However I did spend a few days wandering around Bass Pro Shops, and thought the drive from Springfield to Poplar Bluff rivaled the Sierras for beauty..
In 2002 some good friends retired and moved near Tallequa, OKlahoma and the next year, Wifey's Uncle moved to Bella Vista Arkansas..So we went to go see all them folks and fell in love with the Ozark region of all three states.
So now every year, we go back at diferent times of the year, visit friends and relatives. Tour the country side and try to visit a few small towns and lakes......

Smile Great thread

I am happy to see people waking up to some of these problems.
I don't know what has to happen to make a change for any of them but if it keeps on going like it is I dont think that there is anyplace to move to that wont be bad with illegals
Ive read this whole thread and can see this is an issue that upsets many.
I grew up in NW AR and saw the begin of the Tysons and others bring the illegals in
I moved up here to Mn in 1991 and have since seen the problems move in here slowly
Mostly Somalian here. The PC people can say what ever they want about poverty and what ever else being the problem it bs. This a small city of 100000 is starting to have gang problems. They work the welfare system want everyone to understand their customs and couldn't care less about the US. IBM even put a temple in for them to pray.
I have no problem with anyone coming to the US legally and wanting to live an American life. I DO HAVE A PROBLEM WITH ANY ONE WHO COMES HERE AND WANT ME TO SUPPORT THEM OR ANY OF THEIR BELIEFS OR LANGUAGE.This is America and every ones family came here from some place, nobody should have any more advantages now than in the beginning
Every body coming here now should be working to make this a better place the same as our ancestors did and made this the great country it is.NOT running it down and being a burden on the tax payers .
I'm reading city data trying to get an idea on where I would like to move someday when I cant handle the cold up here anymore .I love MN except Jan thru April and it gets harder to handle the cold as years go by,especially after growing up in the south and knowing theres a better life than these winters.

"Your objectivity has flown out the window and has been replaced with stereotyping."

I would take care negating other's experiences when yours may be true for your real-life experiences but other's experiences may also have viable accurate conclusions.

When 75 percent or more of a local population as seen in California displays Mexican flags and seldom to never speaks English and have displaced many thousands of USA citizens and the legal allotment of entrants yearly is a mere 20,000 individuals from Mexico it take a very delusional or brainwashed individual to not confront reality to realize that the estimated minimum yearly influx of one-million-plus illegals across the southern border by ICE nee Border Patrol with 60 percent of that number typically from Mexico.

Some of the latest believed to be most accurate figures regarding the numbers of illegals within the USA is 12 million at the very lowest minimum up to 20 to 30-million believed to be closer to reality.

A minority of Americans have the real-life experience or have done the research needed to assist in ascertaining who is an illegal.

Ask a cop about the street senses used to detect a criminal.

Those senses exist.

Those who have spent decades among illegals learn over time what to sense, to detect.

As a burly male who has been mistaken in the past for being a cop due to physique, stature and a command presence acquired during military time it is rather comical to see the nervousness of likely illegals that keep looking at me as I just happen to be walking their way at various venues.

I have seen several in a group depart a store, hop in their vehicle and speed away, obviously nervous with assuredly the belief I was an official with the capacity to detain them and call for assistance.

The last time this happened was with three Chicanos at the Norton Street Lowes home improvement store.

I noticed them and immediately ascertained the likelihood of illegality. Remember, only 20,000 legal entrants per year yet MILLIONS fill our cities and towns and march down our streets demanding full rights for ALL illegals (as seen on TV not long ago).

Their actions, behavior and responses to my mere glance their way were typical of past events.

A cop will understand of what I write.

Will you, a likely ill- or untrained typical American brainwashed by his betters, relying upon implanted drivel to interpret his environment?

BAH!!!!!

It is the numerous PC brainwashed droids that eventually led to my ceasing my activist efforts to save that which is likely not worthy of saving... the USA and masses of buffoons infesting the once-sovereign country.

May you and your neighborhood eventually become awash with a people and culture that view you as weak and unworthy.

Once a critical mass is reached a 2nd-world culture will assert itself and you will have the wondrous opportunity to witness the "strength" of diversity.

Enjoy it!!!!!!

BOY! Am I relieved! I'm not just a former cop but a former military officer and I've yet to develop such a fatalist view of of our country and future. I sincerely hope I never do.

Unless you've been one, please don't presume to speak for those of us cops who have.

Thank you!
