Looking for land for hunting and retirement in so. or central missouri . Hopefully with electric and water on site. more than 20 acres... anyone know of nice private property, please let me know.

Budget?? Other features that you're looking for? Proximity to towns for shopping, medical, etc? As it currently stands, there are thousands of properties that meet the description that you gave and people may be reluctant to offer much feedback.

Yes, there are lots of properties that fit the bill. Some listed with realtors, some fsbo, some are just thinking about it. Details......!

You've left the most important part open to interpretation, the location. There are hundreds of parcels of property for sale in central and southern Missouri. I would start looking for the areas you would really like to live in and then refine your search in those areas. Or if you really aren't sure what area you want to live in, you can just search via property size or price range. I have found that the MLS realty sites(like Murney Associates) are a very informative tool for this very purpose. Good luck with your search and let us know if there is anything we can help with.

I'd suggest looking on the unitedcountry.com website. Enter "recreational" from the menu on search properties and that will pull up properties that aren't in subdivisions.
