The flooding was over-exaggerated. All of the flooding was in designated flood-planes where people ignored that status and built there house anyways.

It doesn't rain in the desert.....

Thumbs up moving

Hi, you're moving to Ivins, I may be selling my house, want some more info on it? built in May of '06, 2700 sq ft. beautiful open floor plan, high ceilings, 3 bed/3 bath & optional TV room/bedroom/family room. GREAT floor plan. Had to send our 17 year old away to a very expensive boarding school and the $6500 a month tuition is killing me on top of a second mortgage. I can send all kinds of pictures.

By the way, if you love the outdoors you'll love Ivins. I wouldn't live in St George, too much traffic, too many strip malls....Ivins is quiet and they have much stricter laws about lights, etc. Snow Canyon is the place to be!

You will love Ivins. We moved here a year ago from Santa Clara and love it.

Good luck!

$6500 a month! Yikes, maybe you should send the kid on an extended course is self-development and responsibility called the US Marine Corp. They will even pay him for his education. Yeah, it is dangerous but all the really memorable things in life are.
