Default Trip with kids

Hi all,

We're going on a snowboarding/tubing trip to Brian Head next week, and we'll be staying one day in St. George before heading back to Las Vegas... what are some things to do that are kid friendly (3 & 4 year olds) there.

thanks!

If the weather is warm enough I would take them to the downtown splash pad (it's on Main Street). I'm not quite sure if the water is turned on, but it's a big splash pad and river that kids love playing in (plus it's free!). There is also a carousel there and lots of open space.

If your kids like to swim the Washington City Rec Center and Sand Hollow Aquatic Center are both good choices. They are both indoors and have slides and toys to play on.

A lot of kids like this new place called Anti-Gravity. It's a bunch of indoor trampolines. I've never been but have heard it's fun.

There is also Fiesta Fun Center. It's your typical mini golf, arcade, bumper boats, etc. place.

Those are the places I can think of off the top of my head. Hope it helps!

Looks like its gonna be on the cooler side, we'll have to skip splash pad/water parks...

I'll check out the others you mentioned though -- definitely helps!

Thank you!

Do you guys have any restaurant recommendations (steak/burger joints, or whatever is a must-have there)?

When you get into town(St George), stop by the BLM, D/ASIA field office. 345 E. Riverside Dr. They can give you a lot of great info on things to do in the area. You can also pick up a restaurant guide while you are there. Also check out the gift shop. Lots of good books and other items.

Careful. People have been mormonized after being in town for only a few hours
