Default St. George's air

How do you guys deal with that dry air.
Dry cough, cracked feet, skin dandruff....
Parents decided to retire there, and thought it
may be a nice place to raise my family.
Politics, religion, and that down-winder thing aside,
I wonder how younger folks dig the desert.
Don't get me wrong, I think it may be the perfect place
for my folks to nap in (safe and slow paced)
and I know that the low humidity feels good on old bones.
Just would like some pointers from some locals so when
we come to visit my parents, not to mention the gorgeous
parks, we can better deal with the dry air.
