I'm asking in general, but also because for the last three days it has been off and on as well as plain down.

If anybody with Century Link DSL has NOT had any issues in the past three rainy days, I'd like to know that too.

Thanks.

No issues with Century Link. Big issues with sprint (had 1/2 card wireless).

Default Baja

I used to think that Comcast was barely average, since they had periodic network outages that they did not seem to know about until we called, but they would be stellar compared to Baja....
Baja is absorbing some Charter users (Cedar City) under their corporate umbrella (owned by MN-based TDS) but they have dismal customer services. I did find a very accountable technical service person when our high speed internet died for two days last Fall. She not only found the problem (error at their end), that others had blown off, but implemented a solution, then called back to make sure we were connected.
When Baja HSI is working, it is just fine. Be patient when you lose service......

Baja was terrible. I switched to tks internet and have had no interruptions. Also they offer a $5 a month senior discount

Appreciate the replies, folks! Baja works well for me for long periods, until it doesn't. The last time it took me a while to figure out that the site I was on wasn't the problem when pages wouldn't load. Now I go straight to the phone to see if there's a trouble message so I can go away to do something else while I'm being "patient". My frustration when I first posted the question happened because the telephone message was removed before my service was completely restored. That led to an unnecessary and long session with a tech who felt I had an individual issue. Later it came back on and I cancelled the house call. Baja has in general given me very good customer service. Somehow I always hope there won't be a "next time"!
