Can anyone confirm these rumors in the STG area?

New Lin's Market on River Road and Riverside (near the jiffy lube and maverick gas)
New Smiths by the dinosaur museum and Fossil Ridge intermediate school

I want to know for sure. They'd be excellent additions.
Thanks

Well, the Lin's is almost complete, on 3000.(down from Jiffy Lube and Maverick). The Smith's hasn't broken ground yet, but that's what the sign says...coming soon Smith's marketplace. I can't wait for Lin's to open, more convenient for me and they have reasonable pricing!

Wish they'd open a Winco here. Lins and Smiths are garbage compared to Winco.

Trader Joe's may never get here....large percent of their money is made on alcohol...(especially wine). Sad

Typical wrong comment when you take into account that they built two of them in Salt Lake City ...
