I may be getting my job transferred to St.George and while looking online I have found places for rent. The two so far I have come across are Falls at Mesa Point and Sunset Springs. As much as I'd like to just buy I want to make sure I like the area first. My questions are:

1. Are those in good areas or should I look elsewhere?
2. What other complexes/areas can I find for $700-800/month? I'm aware that price range limits my options.

The falls at mesa point is one of the best apartment complexes in the area. The same developer is building new apartments near that location called Skyhawk. There are also some cheap nice apartments near tabernacle and 200 but I forgot the name. If you're looking for affordable housing consider a roommate.

This area has relatively high rent with lower end wages.
