Looking for single family only - no townhouses or duplexes.

Preferably property at least an acres
Preferably no HOA.
Would love a new construction for the State tax break, but honestly prefer an older home due to what I believe would be better construction (hunch that new homes built in the rush were put up too quick with cheap materials).
But I want to see a few in the subdivisions too, just to give it an honest look.
St Geo, Hurricane, and maybe nearby areas.
